Settling into the white banquettes at Isle de France and ordering up a rack of ribs is an ecstatic culmination we’ll forever attempt to recreate. Such was the motivation for our St. Barth barbecue, an elegantly casual gathering that honored both the deliberate cuisine and vibrant state of grace indigenous to the island. Add to that a few legendarily beloved dishes and some quintessential island tunes and you have all the makings of an afternoon to remember.
